PIM Brands, the maker of several popular snack brands, was relocating their HQ to Park Ridge, NJ and asked AOI to help furnish their new space. The proposed plan included the second and third floors of the building and creating open workspaces and finance offices

Beginning with the presentation phase, our team conducted comprehensive consultations with the client to understand their vision and requirements. The project involved four phases and deliberation with manufacturers to ensure all specials and requests were received in a timely manner. Our lead project designer presented different colors and finishes, as well as options for branded signage. Designs were created to update conference rooms, workstations, the break area, and introduce collaborative spaces, maximizing the atrium space. The team at AOI worked with construction and electricians to ensure proper integration to the buildings systems. Introduction of vibrant, modern workspaces conducive to collaboration and productivity.

The renovation process was systematic, involving conceptualization, design, material selection, and construction. Close collaboration with architects and contractors ensured efficient execution within timelines and budget.
