The was relocating to a new office space and had asked AOI to help furnish their new space. The client wanted to incorporate open workstations, conference room, a break room, training room, collaborative area and private offices.

Beginning with the presentation phase, our team conducted thorough space planning with the client to understand their vision and requirements for their new space. The project involved four phases and deliberation with manufacturers to ensure all specials and requests were received in a timely manner. Our lead project designer presented a color and finish palette for the client. Designs were created using AIS, COE Distibuting and SitonIt Seating. The team at AOI worked with construction and electricians to ensure proper integration to the new buildings systems. Introduction of vibrant, modern workspaces conducive to collaboration and productivity.

The renovation process was systematic, involving conceptualization, design, material selection, and construction. Close collaboration with architects and contractors ensured efficient execution within timelines and budget.
