CASE STUDY

NJ Lottery Headquarters

LOCATION Trenton, NJ | INDUSTRY Public Sector

The client wanted to completely renovate two floors of their building. Update conference rooms, break area. Add in new collaborative areas and make use of their atrium space on the first floor.

Beginning with the presentation phase, our team conducted comprehensive consultations with the client to understand their vision and requirements. The project involved four phases and deliberation with manufacturers to ensure all specials and requests were received in a timely manner. Our lead project designer presented different colors and finishes, as well as options for branded signage. Designs were created to update conference rooms, workstations, the break area, and introduce collaborative spaces, maximizing the atrium space. The team at AOI worked with construction and electricians to ensure proper integration to the buildings systems. Introduction of vibrant, modern workspaces conducive to collaboration and productivity.

The renovation process was systematic, involving conceptualization, design, material selection, and construction. Close collaboration with architects and contractors ensured efficient execution within timelines and budget.
