Our team furnished 102 Matrix workstations, two lounge areas, a coffee station, a huddle space, touchdown areas for flexible work, private offices for managers, and filing banks for organized storage.

Key challenges included maximizing spaces, ensuring compliance with building regulations, and meeting a tight timeline. Through collaboration with the agency’s facilities team, we designed workstations with height-adjustable desks, a comfortable lounge area, and other solutions sourced from AIS to meet client’s needs. Our team efficiently managed delivery and installation, addressing on-site adjustments promptly.
